Lets give you some info about who we are and what we do...
A relatively young couple :-) got College degree on Tourism with twin daughters.
Turkish Nationality. Lived and worked New York Lake placid for a while. Returned back home in 2004 and start where they left. This time by our own Travel Agency.
Sharing our expertise with our guests. I am not using "guest" as a kind way of saying "customer". We really accept you as our guest. All my guests have my cell phone number to call me 24 hours. Not just an office number to call in day time. While you are in a foreign country you may need anything. Just let me know to be with you even 03:00 am. No problem at all.
While we are keeping this attitude we do same to choose the agencies we cooperate all over Turkey.
First thing to be sure our guest feel they are inside friends who does their job professionally.
